Ken “Chainsaw” Lindsay has released a new CD titled From Cross Cut
To Chainsaw. The CD was produced at Kross Kut Records Studios at
the Gold Coast by Lindsay “ Waddo” Waddington. The album contains
12 tracks of 100% Australian country music. Bush Ballads feature
on the CD with three of Chainsaw’s own compositions, a couple of
co – writes and a few classics and a great version of the
Diamantina Drover. A track titled Kangabloodyroos written by Jim
Wesley that Chainsaw put a tune to, adds some humour to the album.
Chainsaw said that he was extremely happy with Waddo’s production
of the CD and that he felt privileged to have some of Australia’s
top musicians playing on the album. The album was launched on 19th
August to a full house audience at the Wauchope RSL Club. The
album is available through Kross Kur Records or from Chainsaw’s
