TWO SINGLES FOR COWPOKE
COWPOKE have released their new single "WHO STOLE THE RAIN ?" on NFS 113 ( www.nfspublicity.com.au  ).
It has immediately been added to multiple playlists, including the Kix FM Network.
The song is COWPOKE's dedication to the countless Australian family's who have suffered at the hands of the country's worst drought on record. Recently used by the ABC as a leader for a national current affairs programme, the song tells the story of the crippling effect of drought on one family.

"Who stole the rain from the sky ?
There ain't nothing he can do all day but sit around and watch things die.
Who stole the rain from the sky ?
Well it better come back because it's lonely at the table tonight.

Stations who do not receive NFS should contact info@powerpointmusic.com.au  for a copy of the single.

April also sees the international release of the track FOOL through the Canadian Hillcrest label, distributed to 650 radio throughout Europe. In the first three weeks of release the band have received or identified over 100 playlist reports from England, Scotland, France, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Italy, Sweden, Holland, Denmark, Norway and Israel, as well as Australia and New Zealand. Complementing their Australian distribution deal with One Stop Entertainment, the band recently secured international distribution through US company CD Baby to retailers and 38 international MP3 download sites, including itunes.

After a rip-roaring Tamworth Festival, the larrikin lads from Mittagong are back in the studio working on their next full length release scheduled for August 2007, and accompanying tour.
