- "ROCK n the Flamin' Cowboys" are a 4
piece Country Rock band that love to dress up as real cowboys and
get down n have a hoot with the crowd. The boys love audience
participation and just want the crowd to let loose n have fun with
them. The guys keep a variety switching from Country to Rock n
Roll to Rockabilly to keep that strict dance feel.
You can get a CD of their originals and hear their version of
Country Rock which the boys by the way think is great.
Rock Rogers heads the line up on guitar and vocals, with Kieran
Egan (Cool Kiers) on lead guitar and vocals, (watch this guy,
he'll keep you amused), Phil Cogan on Country Bass and Vocals and
the quiet one of the band John Moloney on drums. John might not
say much but when he speaks we all listen and he's very particular
about a dance beat. Keep an eye out for Lil' Rock who sometimes
jumps in on bass.
Rock goes cordless so he can get down with the crowd and join in
with the fun. Everyone's welcome from linedancers to rock n
rollers to cowboys. The more the merrier.
