Patrick  was born in Belfast into a musical family.  Entertaining in the Pubs and Clubs in Belfast for 14 years.

Flew into Sydney to start a new life in 1972.  Played as vocal/guitarist at pubs and clubs with such groups as Gold Bullion, Shotgun and Counry Sounds. 

Moved to the Gold Coast in 1989 and has entertained with various bands, also as a solo performer at a variety of venues on the Coast, including a regular spot at Lansdowne Road Irish Pub in Surfers Paradise.  Recently appeared at he Brisbane Bronco Auditorium in his "John Denver Tribute Show"
