Robert Keith Officially Launches Debut Album
Following the success of the singles, A Cowboy Never
Cries (NFS 92) and This Time Love (NFS
94), Robert Keith celebrated the national release of his debut album,
Face The World on March 2nd, 2005 with a launch at The Buzz Bar
in Murwillumbah, NSW. Extensive media coverage of the event ensured
plenty of fans turned out to meet Robert in person and take home an
autographed copy of the CD. After 5 p.m. the venue was closed for an
invitation-only party that included a special live acoustic
performance from Robert accompanied by his producer, Michael Flanders.
After a formal introduction from Bob Anthony Jnr. Robert entertained
the crowd with an impressive performance of tracks from his album that
had the audience in no doubt that they were witnessing one of the
brightest new talents in Australian Country Music. Guests included
Roxanne Brown from One Stop Entertainment, Bob Anthony Jnr. from
Country Update Magazine as well as local media, business identities,
and supporters.
Following the launch Robert set out on a promotional tour of Northern
NSW and Southern Queensland doing live studio interviews with local
radio stations and visiting record stores. A new video clip for
This Time Love begins airing nationally on CMC this week. The
album is available now from independent record stores through One Stop
Entertainment with strong early sales indicating a high level of
interest.
